Fitness freaks do not recommend certain things. The tale behind not recommendation leads to good health. Don’t attempt these things; they are bad for health.

§  Don’t be Addicted.

Everyone on this blue planet has some sort of addiction. Some people have good addictions. Addiction to win. Addiction to aesthetics. Addiction to positivity. Addiction to courage.

If you have an inclination for aesthetics, you are addicted to Fashion Weeks. If you have an inclination for Characters, you are addicted to Entertainment World. If you inclination for Safety specs, you are addicted to Eyeweb safety. So many other addictions. On the contrary, some people develop bad addictions.

Addiction to smoking. Addiction to alcohol. Addiction to depression. Addiction to anxiety. Addiction to negativity. What sort of addictions do you develop in your life? Good ones? Or bad ones? Don’t be addicted to bad addictions.

Don’t be addicted to bad inclinations. Don’t be addicted to negativities. They are poison for your mental health. They are poison for your physical health. They are poison for your good thoughts. They are poison for your good thoughts. They are poison for everything you love at best.

§  Don’t Get Dehydrated.

People find it as fatigue to drink water all the time. That sounds ridiculous, that’s right. But you need water in your belly all the time. It keeps you hydrated. What’s the opposite of it? Dehydration.

Don’t get yourself dehydrated by not consuming water. Don’t get dehydrated. It sucks your health and drains it very badly. Keep water with you all the time the way you keep your cellular gadgets with you.

Water keeps your mind fresh. Water keeps your skin wet. Water keeps your muscles active. Drink water abundantly and don’t just get dehydrated.

§  Don’t Get Fatty.

Sometimes people find it good to gain weight. They keep gaining weight considering it a very healthy thing. But they don’t get the muscles. Rather they end up getting a lot of fats in their body. They become fatty.

A fatty person isn’t healthy at all. If you think being chubby is the health, you are dead wrong. Don’t get confuse fats with muscles. Rather try to get muscles in your body and consume the fats. Don’t get that much fatty.

A fatty body is going to bring trouble for you. Try to melt these fats. Do the morning walk. Do running. Do the splints. Do the workout. Do yoga. They are all the fats-melting means. Running is the ultimate solution for melting the fats too easily.

§  Don’t Stay Awake.

It is said that the owl stays awake all night and he sleeps all day. What a queer lifestyle it is. Isn’t it? Some men and women try to follow the lifestyle of an owl. Well, it wasn’t that much fun.

But the catch is not to stay awake at night without work. If you need to prepare your assignments, prepare them early before going to bed. Have dinner early too. Then go to bed. Don’t get late. Because if you go to bed late, you would rise early in the morning as well. Otherwise, you cannot get up early in the morning.

Be considerate of this matter. Good sleep is a guarantee for good health. Good sleep is a weapon against depression and anxiety.

§  Don’t Get Depressed.

Depression is the mother to all the evils. Depression is mother to all the wrongdoings. Depression is the root cause of bad decision making and bad lifestyle. You cannot get any success until you succeed in life.

You cannot feel active until you get rid of the depression. You cannot find peace until you find a way to get rid of the depression. It is your enemy. It is an enemy of good health.

It is an enemy of a good mind. It is the enemy of a good body. Learn to fight against this maniac in your life. You would stay healthy as well as fit.

§  Don’t Get Anxious.

Have you ever noticed that some days in life are very good? Some days in life are very bad. How do you perceive these good as well as bad things in life? Senses. These are the senses as well as feelings that let you feel what’s good and bad.

The disturbance in these senses is called anxiety. You don’t feel good. You only feel bad about things. That’s anxiety that disturbing your thoughts. That’s anxiety that’s disturbing your moods and feelings.

These bad mood swings and bad feelings reflect everywhere. In your work. In your health. In your personal life. In your capabilities. In everything. Your health starts to fall. You start losing weight. You become subject to corporate safety eyewear.

You feel quite low in every aspect of life. Getting rid of anxiety turns all the things quite opposite of what mentioned above.
