stop hair fall

How do I stop hair fall and increase hair density?

Lifestyle Changes –

1. Multivitamin

My diet mostly revolves around proteins and so I decide to take a Multivitamin every day and it works. Vitamin deficiency is a common cause of hair loss, especially in Indians as our meals are little overcooked. Deficiency of Vitamin A, vitamin D, and Vitamin E can lead to hair loss.

Green tea – This works wonder and is proven by science as it has a research paper that concludes that it works. Method – 2 bags brew in hot water. Then put Teabags in cold water and once they reach room temp rub those bags on your head gently. This method takes time to work.

Do not stress. – Meditate, Laugh out, and Exercise – Research suggests that daily meditation may alter the brain neural pathways, making you more resilient to stress. Endorphins released during workout sessions reduce stress. I use music for alpha wave stimulation in my brain and meditation as well.

Hard water Filter – The area where I live has a hard water supply and even though hard water does not directly affect the hair, it’s difficult to rinse off the shampoo from the scalp.

2. Soothe Your Scalp with Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera has stunning medical advantages for a wide range of scalp issues. It has enzymes that promote healthy hair growth by eradicating dead cells that clog hair follicles. Aloe use can help prevent infection and other impurities.
